'Crushed Velvet' Polwarth handspun yarn, 100g
Wonderfully purple 'Crushed Velvet' Polwarth handspun yarn spun from hand-dyed Polwarth wool top/roving into a DK/worsted 3-ply yarn. It's lovely and soft, with speckles of blue running through the whole length of the yarn. 200 yards, 108g, and 840 ypp, this will make a gorgeous winter garment for you or your special someone. Unspun wool is also available in the shop, but only one spun skein is available.
Recommended needle size 3.75-4.5mm to achieve approx. 21-24 stitches per 4 inches of fabric. It's always advisable to do your own swatch.
PRODUCT INFO
100% Polwarth wool. All care was taken to permanently fix the dye to the yarn; however, some slight colour run may occur during the first wash of the finished product. Hand-wash only.
All our handspun yarns may display some slight unevenness along their length. This is due to the handcrafted nature of the yarns.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I accept returns and exchanges of unused products. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item within 30 days of delivery. I cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.
SHIPPING INFO
UK shipping is £3.50 on all orders. International shipping is charged an additional £17. I ship all items within 48 hours of receiving an order. UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked service. International buyers are responsible for customs taxes and VAT, which may be calculated by their home country. Currently, I am unable to ship to France, Germany and Portugal due to packaging laws. I apologise for the inconvenience.
