'Blood and Gore' BFL/Kid Mohair handspun yarn, 100g
The first batch of handspun BFL and Kid Mohair yarn blend in colourway 'Blood and Gore'. The yarn is very warm, with a slight fuzz thanks to the addition of kid mohair, perfect for a warm knitted garment, such as a hat or mittens.
4 skeins are slightly different with the following specs:
Skein A: 3ply, 110 yards, 108g, 12wpi and 462ypp - chunky (recommended needle size of 5.5-8mm (US size 9-11) to obtain 12-15 stitches per 4 inches of fabric);
Skein B: 2ply, 128 yards, 110g, 14wpi and 527ypp - chunky (recommended needle size of 5.5-8mm (US size 9-11) to obtain 12-15 stitches per 4 inches of fabric);
Skein C: 2ply, 106 yards, 105g, 11wpi and 458ypp - chunky (recommended needle size of 5.5-8mm (US size 9-11) to obtain 12-15 stitches per 4 inches of fabric);
Skein D: 2ply, 92 yards, 111g, 11wpi and 376ypp - bulky (recommended needle size of 8mm (US size 11) to obtain 6-11 stitches per 4 inches of fabric).
When ordering, please specify the desired skein. For multiple skein project, please choose skeins with similar ypp values.
PRODUCT INFO
BFL & Kid Mohair blend. All care was taken to permanently fix the dye to the yarn; however, some slight colour run may occur during the first wash of the finished product. Hand-wash only.
All our handspun yarns may display some slight unevenness along their length. This is due to the handcrafted nature of the yarns.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I accept returns and exchanges of unused products. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item within 30 days of delivery. I cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.
SHIPPING INFO
UK shipping is £3.50 on all orders. International shipping is charged an additional £17. I ship all items within 48 hours of receiving an order. UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked service. International buyers are responsible for customs taxes and VAT, which may be calculated by their home country. Currently, I am unable to ship to France, Germany and Portugal due to packaging laws. I apologise for the inconvenience.
