I accept returns and exchanges of unused products. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item within 30 days of delivery. I cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.

Shipping within the UK is free on all orders. International shipping is charged an additional £13. I ship all items within 48 hours of receiving an order. UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Class 2 postage; international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked service. International buyers are responsible for customs taxes and VAT, which may be calculated by their home country.
